About Us

S.M. Brown Heating & Cooling was founded in 2014 by Shane Brown. Since that time, S.M. Brown Heating and Cooling has been the proud oil service provider to Broco Oil (owned and operated by Shane's brother and sister in law Robert and Angela Brown). In essence of running a family business, Shane aligned his company to handle all of Broco Oil's servicing needs. Throughout the years the service offering has evolved from specializing in oil heat to other means of heating and cooling; including Gas, A.C, Water Heaters and Oil Tanks.

Shane is a local firefighter and currently serves in the U.S. Army Reserves. He prides himself in serving his country and community, as a result customer service is at the heart of S.M. Brown Heating and Cooling.

Shane is a licensed Oil Heat, Gas Heat, and H.V.A.C technician as well as Hazardous Materials Technician. In addition, Shane has a Master’s in Public Administration and a BSBA in Marketing.
